In accordance with the Legislative Decree no. 254 of 30 December 2016, IMMSI S.p.A. draws up a consolidated statement related to enviromental, social and employee matters, respect for human rights and anti-corruption matters. This document is added to the traditional financial reporting periodically drawn up by the Parent company.
IMMSI S.p.A. has chosen, based on letter b), sub. 3, article 5 of Legislative Decree no. 254/16, to not place the Consolidate non-financial statement (hereafter, the “NFS”) within the Directors’ Report on Operations, but to publish the document separately.
In addition to NFS of Immsi Group, in this section of the website it’s possible to see other documents which references are made, such as NFS of Piaggio Group and the Report on Corporate Governance and Ownershisp of IMMSI S.p.A..
