Abu Dhabi, 19 February 2025: EDGE entity Abu Dhabi Ship Building (ADSB), a regional leader in the design, new build, repair, maintenance, refit, and conversion of naval and commercial vessels, and Intermarine (IMMSI industrial group – IMS.MI), a world leader in design and manufacture of minehunter vessels for the mine warfare and seabed surveillance, survey ships, patrol boats and fast ferries, today signed a Memorandum of Understanding at the International Defence Exhibition and Conference of Abu Dhabi – UAE (IDEX 2025).

The agreement establishes the foundation for future collaborations between ADSB and Intermarine, bringing together their expertise to design and build military and commercial vessels. By leveraging their combined capabilities, the partnership aims to create new business opportunities in the local and international markets with advanced technological solutions.
The deal was signed by Mr. David Massey, CEO at ADSB, and Mr. Livio Corghi, CEO of Intermarine, on the third day of the International Defence Exhibition and Conference (IDEX 2025), being held at Abu Dhabi, UAE until the 21st of February.
